ARE YOU READY FOR DAP? The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least one year in the business and has listed and sold at least one property successfully.

  • Has the financial ability to commit to at least six months. Marketing is a consistent effort to be successful and experience the greatest impact. Starting and stopping isn't effective.

  • Has at least one listing (preferably two) at the time of sign up.

  • Is proficient in the tools that help you farm leads (Local MLS, Moxi & Listings2Leads).

  • Will collaborate with their Digital Marketer and engage the Marketing Group Designers to create Brand Reputation content specific to them, including their Unique Selling Proposition.

  • Be able to effectively farm the lead opportunities that your Digital Marketing Specialist delivers to you.

  • Work the sales cycle from lead to prospect to client.

  • Review Onboarding Agreement.

DAP IS:

50% focused on Brand Reputation (this is how YOU are viewed by the consumer digitally. Does the consumer trust in your brand and are they confident to do business with you?). This is where you work very closely with the Marketing Group Designers to build these assets! This is where your Unique Selling Proposition shines!

40% focused on marketing your listings, solds, open houses, agent videos, local market stats, etc. This is the content you are responsible to deliver to your Digital Marketing Specialist.

10% focused on lead opportunities. When we are effective with the above two primary areas of focus, this is what generates lead opportunities - consumers that have expressed some type of interest in a home, selling a home, or learning more about you and what you and your brand have to offer. A lead is an unqualified consumer, which means you must be savvy in working these opportunities through the sales cycle to convert them to a prospect, which is a potential customer who has been qualified as fitting the criteria of an imminent buyer or seller.
